Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, send it to us — a real person reads every message.

What exactly do I get?

The complete illustrated Household Resilience Field Guide as a digital PDF, licensed for personal household use. Save it for offline reading, read on your device, or print your copy. The full material is provided after purchase; no physical book is shipped.

How is it delivered?

After payment, sign in to Whop with the email you used at checkout. Open Content → “Your download” and save the PDF to your device for offline reading. If you cannot find your download, tell us and we will put it right.

Is this a subscription?

It is a one-time payment of $49 — pay once, keep your copy. There is no recurring charge, no upsell sequence and no membership.

I am not very good with computers. Can I still use it?

Yes. Download the PDF, then open it with your device’s PDF reader. A tablet or computer gives you more room; on a phone, you can zoom in. You can also print the guide or only the pages you need. It is a digital download, so a printed book is not posted to you. If you need help downloading it, use our contact form.

Who is this for?

Households that would rather sort this out on a quiet evening than during a bad week. If one person holds every password, bills renew unread, or nobody else could find the insurance policy, this was written for you. It is built for ordinary disruption — a job change, a higher bill, a storm, a power cut, an unexpected repair — and most of the work is organisation, not stockpiling.

Is this financial advice?

It is educational material about organising a household — not individualised financial, tax, legal, insurance, medical, engineering or emergency-services advice. For investments, complex debt, insurance changes, tax matters, legal documents, and any electrical, gas, or structural work, use a qualified professional. During an active emergency, follow local public-safety instructions.

Where does the information come from?

The framework was checked against current primary or official sources, including the CFPB, Ready.gov/FEMA, CISA, the U.S. Department of Energy, NAIC, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Federal Reserve, and the EIA. Every action carries an evidence note, and the guide includes a source directory so you can check the live source yourself. Guidance and release schedules change, so the guide teaches you to check rather than to trust a snapshot.

I am not in the United States. Is it still useful?

The general household-organization guidance can be useful internationally. Some references are U.S.-based, so check the rules and official guidance where you live. It is educational material, not personalized professional advice.

How fast will I see a difference?

You can begin as soon as you download it and work at your own pace. Results depend on your household, your circumstances, and what you put into practice. No particular result or timeline is guaranteed.

Am I meant to write passwords in the worksheets?

The system is designed so you never have to. Record where things are kept and who can act — never passwords, PINs, recovery codes, security answers or full identity numbers. Keep credentials in a password manager with multifactor authentication, as CISA recommends. The guide repeats this wherever it matters.

Can I print it?

Yes. Print the guide or the pages you need for personal household use. Keep any personal notes somewhere secure.

Can I share it with my family?

It is licensed for personal household use, which includes the people in your household. Please do not redistribute or resell the file.

What if something goes wrong?

We guarantee delivery. If the ebook does not reach you, or the file will not open, tell us within 30 days and we will put it right — and if we cannot get you a working copy, we refund you in full. Because the file is delivered instantly and in full, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, so please read what is on this page before you buy and ask us if anything is unclear. See the refund policy for the detail.

Will I be charged again for updates?

Your $49 covers the 2026 Edition for good. If we issue a corrected version of it, you get the correction at no cost — keep your download email.

How do I get help?

Use the contact form. A real person reads every message, and we aim to reply within one business day. If you have already bought the guide, you can also message us through Whop, where your order is.

Delivered, or your money back

The moment your payment clears, the ebook is in your account — there is no waiting and nothing to install. If it does not reach you, or the file will not open, tell us and we will put it right. If we cannot get you a working copy, you get your $49 back in full.
