We collect as little as we can. This page says exactly what that is, and who else is involved.
CrisisReady is a trading name of a sole trader. We sell one digital product and we have no retail premises, so we are contactable through the contact form on this site, and, if you have already bought the guide, through Whop. Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase; their terms also apply at checkout.
Who processes your data
This website is hosted and operated on Whop. Whop also runs our checkout and acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. That means Whop is involved in almost everything you do here, and Whop’s own privacy policy applies alongside this one — please read it too.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies. Whop sets cookies and collects analytics in order to run the site, keep your session working, measure visits, and attribute sales. We use that information to understand which parts of the site are useful and to support your order — nothing else.
Depending on where you live, you may be asked to consent to non-essential cookies. Where a choice is offered, declining it will not stop you buying the guide or reading anything on this site.
When you buy
Checkout is operated by Whop. Your payment details go to Whop and its payment providers — never to us. We do not see, receive, or store card numbers. We receive your email address and order reference so that we can deliver the guide and support you afterwards.
When you contact us
The contact form stores the name, email address, topic, optional order reference, and message you submit, along with the country the request came from, your browser’s user-agent string, and the time. We use this only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
To stop the form being abused we keep a short-lived, salted, irreversible hash of the sending IP address for rate-limiting. The raw IP address is never written to our database, and the hash is deleted automatically after 15 minutes.
Contact messages are the one thing Whop does not hold. The form posts to our own endpoint on Cloudflare and the messages are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that only we can read. Whop is not involved in that exchange.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
- We do not run advertising retargeting pixels of our own.
- We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to complain to your data protection authority. Send the request through the contact form and we will act on your request within 30 days. Where the data sits with Whop rather than with us, we will pass your request on and tell you we have done so.
Our lawful bases, where that concept applies, are: performance of a contract (delivering and supporting your purchase), legitimate interests (answering your messages, preventing abuse of our forms, and understanding how the site is used), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Children
This site and product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
