Refund Policy

Last updated September 2026

This page says plainly what we refund and what we do not, so there are no surprises after you buy.

We guarantee delivery

If the Guide does not reach you, or the file is faulty or will not open, tell us within 30 days and we will put it right. If we cannot get you a working copy, we will refund you in full.

That covers the thing you are actually risking: paying and receiving nothing. In practice it rarely comes to a refund, because sending the file again takes minutes.

We also refund these

  • Duplicate or accidental charges. If you were billed twice we refund the extra charge as soon as we see it — you do not have to ask.
  • Charges you did not make. Tell us and we will refund, and help you secure the account.

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds

The Guide is a single file, delivered in full the moment you pay. Nothing is held back, so a refund after delivery would mean returning something you still have. At checkout you ask us to supply it immediately and acknowledge that you are giving up any cooling-off period that would otherwise apply; that consent is recorded when you accept our terms of sale.

Review the product description, format, price and delivery information before buying. If you have a question, contact us before purchase. This policy does not limit applicable statutory rights.

How to report a problem

  1. Use the contact form and choose “A problem with my purchase”.
  2. Include the email address you bought with, and your Whop order reference if you have it.
  3. We reply within one business day. Most download problems are solved the same day.

Any refund is issued through Whop to your original payment method. Whop typically processes it within a few business days; how quickly the money then appears depends on your bank or card issuer, which is outside our control.

Please talk to us before disputing a charge

If something has gone wrong, a message reaches us faster than a chargeback does and we can usually fix it the same day. Raising a dispute with your bank first only delays the resolution.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. If that law gives you a right we have not offered above — including any right to cancel that cannot be waived, or a remedy for content that is not as described — that right applies and we will honour it.

Fair use

We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeat buy-and-refund cycles or redistribution of the file. This is not aimed at ordinary customers.
